Terms of Use
These terms explain how SmartMoving Bins rentals work, including delivery, pickup, billing, damage, and customer responsibilities.
A. Rental Agreement
By booking with SmartMove Bins, you agree to the following terms:

All bins are rented for the selected time period (1-4 weeks).

Bins remain the property of SmartMove Bins at the time.

Customers are responsible for the care and proper use of all rental items.
2. Payment

Full payment is required prior to delivery.

Payments are processed securely via invoice (Square).
3. Damage / Loss

Customers are responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged bibs.

Replacement fees may apply if bins are not returned in original condition.
4. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery & pickup windows will be scheduled at booking.

Customers must ensure bins are accessible at pickup time.
-
Missed pickup may result in additional fees.
5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before delivery.
-
Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
