We understand normal wear happens during moving. Minor scuffs and everyday use are completely expected. However, customers are responsible for any bins that are lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal use. Replacement fees: * Lost bin: $50 per bin * Severely damaged bin: $50 per bin * Partially damaged bin or lid: $25 per bin To avoid charges, please keep bins secure and return all bins in the condition they were delivered.
